8. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are NOT accepted.
Refunds are only available where the Product is:
• Faulty
• Damaged
• Not as described

This policy complies with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland).
9. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing the full ingredient list before use
• Performing a patch test prior to full application
We are NOT responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the Product is defective or misdescribed.
10. Proper Use
You agree to use the Product:
• Only as directed
• In accordance with any instructions provided
We are NOT liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish or EU law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from misuse of the Product
