1. Overview
We take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Due to the nature of products, we do NOT accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law remain unaffected. Where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and EU law, you are entitled to a remedy if your product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Faulty or defective
- Not as described
If this occurs, you may request a refund (or replacement, where applicable).
3. Proof of Damage or Fault Required
To process a refund request, you must provide clear proof, including:
- Photographic or video evidence of the damage or fault
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Claims without sufficient proof may be refused.
4. Reporting an Issue

Please do not dispose of the product until your claim has been reviewed, as we may require additional information.
5. Refunds
If your claim is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval
- Shipping costs will be refunded only if required by law
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions
- Change of mind

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under:
