1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Ireland
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
If you are ordering from outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next suitable business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland: 1-21 business days
- EU: 7-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
- Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
- VAT is applied in accordance with EU VAT rules where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in their country.
If your order is shipped outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs authorities may require additional documentation or information, which could cause delays. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance processes.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information
- Orders returned to us due to address errors
Additional shipping charges may apply for resending orders.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photographic or video evidence of the damage
- Include your order number and a brief description
Please do not dispose of the product until your claim has been reviewed.
Approved claims will be handled in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
